In addition to these insurance plans, we are also in-network with several Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs). Please note that therapist acceptance may vary with EAPs.

Before your first appointment with us, we strongly recommend contacting your insurance carrier to verify your behavioral health coverage. Here are some important details to inquire about:

• Deductibles: Determine if you have a deductible that must be met before your insurance coverage applies.
• Co-pays: Find out the amount of your co-payment that will be due at each session.
• Allowed Visits per Year: Understand if there is a limit to the number of behavioral health visits covered by your insurance plan each year.

Any co-pays or fees not covered by your insurance plan are expected to be paid at the time of your service.

• $160.00 -Initial Intake and Assessment
• $140.00 -53/60 Minute Session
• $180.00 -90 Minute Session (EMDR)
• $150.00 -Couples/Family Sessions
• $180.00- Extended 90 Min Sessions

Pre – Licensed Therapist

• $125.00- Initial Assessment
• $105.00 – 53/60 Minute Session
• $125.00- 60 Min Family Session (2 or more ppl)
• $145.00- Extended 90 Family/Couples Session
