“Change doesn’t happen with positive thinking alone. Sometimes we have to delve into the shadow side and embrace the resistant thoughts that keep us from living the lives we want. It isn’t easy to admit we have those darker thoughts, but we can change our lives when we have the courage to acknowledge them.”

Nicole Inslee, LCSW

Hello, I’m Nicole! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has been passionately working with clients from all ages and backgrounds since I graduated with my master’s degree from Millersville University in 2016.

My intention is to create a safe space to walk alongside you from where you are, to where you want to be. I am not here to judge but provide you with the support you need with an open-mind and empathetic heart.
